Victoria Hunsicker Sanko is the founder, President and CEO of The Next Phase Consultancy, Inc. and of The Next Phase Publishing - Victoria has an MBA from Cornell University's Johnson School and degrees in chemical engineering and biochemistry from The Pennsylvania State University and the University of Colorado, respectively. For over 15 years she has worked with companies primarily in the biomedical industry - medical devices, biotech and pharmaceuticals - and hi tech sector, having evolved from her "prior-life" roots in the industrial gases and chemicals industries.

Jordan Zornes – Senior Business Development Manager

Jordan Zornes is an senior Business Development Manager and writer for The Next Phase and is the project manager for our clients' MIB Custom Alerts as well as the Carotid Therapeutics & Stroke Prevention, and Neurovascular Therapeutics MarketTracks. Jordan earned a bachelors degree in business administration with a concentration in marketing and international business from the University of Washington in 2004. A year after his graduation, Jordan joined The Next Phase Publishing to continue the expansion of the MedIntelliBase product lines. Prior to his work at The Next Phase, Jordan was an international procurement manager for a large consumer and business goods procurement warehouse.

Charlene K. McCormack - Business Development Analyst

Charlene McCormack is a Business Development Analyst for The Next Phase, contributing to MIB MarketTracks in the areas of Emergency Resuscitation, as well as producing MIB Custom Alerts for a range of health industry clients. Charlene graduated from the University of Washington with a B.A. in Business Administration with a concentration of Management and is pursuing a Masters in Library Information Science. Prior to her work at The Next Phase, Charlene was an Office Manager at a local insurance company. Her responsibilities as an Office Manager included overseeing marketing, business development, accounts payable/receivable and agent support.  Charlene plans to be a Business Librarian within an Incubator, so that she can support many new companies.



Alyssa Sampson - Information Specialist - Manager

Alyssa Sampson is an Information Specialist for The Next Phase. She contributes to MIB Capital Resource Directories - Grants and Venture Capital Alerts and Breaking News, as well as special projects for health industry clients. Alyssa has a Master of Library and Information Science from the University of Washington, and also works as a Part-time Faculty Reference Librarian at a community college. Prior to joining The Next Phase, Alyssa worked in a major search engine’s human relevancy system and as a special librarian for a local government agency and a health-related non-profit organization.



Rachel Yuen - Business Development and IT Analyst

Rachel Yuen is a Business Development and IT Analyst for the Next Phase, contributing to marketing, market research, business development, and information technology activities. Rachel graduated from the University of Washington with a B.A. in Business Administration in 2011. Concurrent with her studies, Rachel was a research assistant at the University of Washington investigating the network effects of supplier disruptions on shareholder wealth, a project she co-presented at the 22nd Annual POMS Conference.
